This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website AFCARE-USA.com and fulfilled by Trexa LLC.

📦 Shipping Locations

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

📬 Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes between 4–8 business days after your order is shipped, depending on your location within the U.S.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum required.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment facility located in New Jersey, United States.

📫 Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is unclaimed, we will notify you. You may be responsible for any reshipping costs.

🔄 RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

Returns are also accepted if the product arrives damaged.

To request a return, please contact us at support@afcare-usa.com within the return period and include your order number and clear photos of the product (if damaged).

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process. Refunds or replacements will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
